Acceptance of these terms

By installing or using FlowDesk — the Android XR headset app and the desktop host agent (together, the "Software") — you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

What FlowDesk does

FlowDesk lets a compatible Android XR headset display virtual monitors streamed from a Mac or Windows computer running the host agent, over a shared local Wi-Fi network. Using it requires a compatible headset and computer on the same network.

License

Devadvent grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on devices you own or control, for your own personal or internal use.

Acceptable use

• Don't reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software beyond what is expressly permitted by applicable law.
• Don't use the Software to access computers or networks you do not have permission to access.
• Don't use the Software for any unlawful purpose.

No warranty

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. FlowDesk is under active development and may contain bugs or change without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Devadvent will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Software.

Intellectual property

The Software, including its name, branding, and underlying code, is owned by Devadvent. These terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Software.

Termination

You may stop using the Software at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or discontinue the Software, in whole or in part, at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after a change means you accept the updated terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
